For so long, I built a house of shame and locked the door the only day I ever lived was the day before the future looked like past and nothing more but not any more for so long, I bought every lie the enemy sold me shackles of my sin I let him hold me thought I'd always only ever be the old me that was the old me so long I'm leaving yesterday where it belongs the devil thought he won but he was wrong this child of God is finally moving on so hear me say so long to all the guilt I used to hang on to now I'm hanging on to what I know is true the old is gone and I've been made new now I'm singing hallelujah so long!
All of creation all of the earth make straight a highway a path for the Lord Jesus is coming soon. Call back the sinner wake up the saint let every nation shout of Your fame, yes Jesus is coming soon. Like a bride waiting for her groom we'll be at church ready for You every heart longing for our King we sing, even so come Lord Jesus, come Even so come Lord Jesus, come!
When I look back, I can see that it's You who met my needs every time every moment, You were holding even the smallest details of my life and I can testify oh, You never let me down so I know You won't stop now I may not know what tomorrow holds but I know one thing for sure Good Lord, I got a good Lord every day, every step of the way, it's You who opened the door Good Lord, I got a good Lord!
