Rosa Mystica in Edmeston, NY is worth a trip! Our Lady Rosa Mystica Shrine is nestled in the foothills of upstate New York lies one of the nation's best-kept devotional secrets—Rosa Mystica House of Prayer. I went with my family, brothers and sisters and spouse and experienced a unique haven of retreat, spiritual encounter, and healing under the special patronage of Our Lady of Rosa Mystica. There is so much to see and learn here, it is a spiritual journey with a mass and all. They have a gift shop and many monuments and sculptures.  This cross above came from Vietnam. When it was placed there, a spring of water starting running they claim, and it is still running today there right by the cross. Our blessed Mother Mary has made many apparitions around the world. This site was one of the designated sites she wanted as told here in the story of Rosa Mystica. It is hidden in the hills, atop a big hill, the view is spectacular, when they were saying the mass, it was so pretty the window over looking the countryside. We were lucky to be there to pray in the church and also in the healing chapel they had a mass we stayed for to receive communion. There was a special feeling here when you come. You feel the presence of Jesus and Mary, you feel God! I think it is worth the trip. They have a nice gift store, the people here were friendly, like Jeremiah.
