Being People of Honor in a World of Chaos---Be a Miracle and Blessing for Others and Yourself!

Today we seem to live in a bit of a chaotic world of dysfunction, chaos, and mediocrity. Many people also do not follow our rules and laws and there is less of a sense of law and order in our country and world. While it may be easier to fall into this same rumbo, we need to always try to be people of honor and always do the right thing. Whether it is taking off the weights we used at the gym for the next person, washing down the equipment we used, not to extend our time too much on machines when others are waiting to use them to name a few at the gym. We need to be considerate of others and thankful and grateful. When someone calls, texts, or writes a letter or email, it is customary to respond to them and or say thank you. Things can get really heated today with the political climate and it being an election year and we need to be careful what we say and do in how we can offend others or say mean spirited things about other candidates or if you support one over the other. We have a lot of rules and laws here where we live in our community and society as a whole, it is important we respect all our laws and think of others and be considerate of our neighbors, not to smoke close to others who do not smoke, not to bring dogs to the beach like the sign says, not to drink in public places or when driving or smoke and use drugs when operating motor vehicles, etc. There are signs and rules all over the place, but people are selfish and ignore them for their own good. It is common here to see people run red lights or not stop at a stop light or sign, they pass when you are not supposed to, etc. We see all kinds of ways where we can be better people and people of honor when we respect each other and our ways of life here. Selfishness, greed, corruption, and mediocrity are some of the greatest problems in our so called civilized world we live in today. We need to honor all, honor life, honor our laws and rules and each other by being people of honor. Ask ourselves, what would Jesus do?  Attitude is everything, so put on a good attitude, a joyous heart, and and respectful spirit like God gave each of us to have and be that blessing and miracle for others in our world!
