Don't Let Anything or Anyone Steal Your Joy! The Lord is My Joy--What a Blessing and Miracle!

 

I have always loved these sayings and this song about not letting anything or anyone steal your joy! Today we have so much coming at us, many negative people, a lot of mediocrity, hateful people and news, and a lot of selfishness all over! Joel Osteen has talked about this before for years now in his books and on his shows and preaching that we cannot let others bring us down or steal our joy in life.  The Bible says like above, that the joy of God is our strength and we need to focus on this if we are going to be happy and joyful people. People can be so mean and childish. They won't return your calls, texts, emails, and play childish games, rise above all of this and take the high road, when people diss you or show no honor or respect, shake the dust off your feet and move on to the next village as Jesus told His disciples to do. You cannot always please everyone. Not everyone will like you or like who you are and what you believe whether different views on politics or religion, etc. We cannot please everyone, there are a lot of negative people and critics, sometimes we need to stay away from people like this. When you come across someone when you say hello and how are you, and they just say fair, and then complain and talk bad about people, you know that this person is not a happy person. They want to bring you down too, don't let them steal your joy or take part of their negativity and downer ways. You deserve better than this. Joel Osteen always says to surround yourself with other like-minded people of the faith and who are in Spirit, connect with them and be closer to God, this can be a real blessing and miracle when we focus and surround ourselves with positive, uplifting, good willed people who are joyful!
