We watched this movie on Bounce TV last night! What an inspiring story about Dr. Ben Carson. He did not have an easy childhood. Ben Carson was born on September 18, 1951 in Detroit, Michigan as Benjamin Solomon Carson.  He has been married to Candy Carson since July 6, 1975. They have three children. He is world-renowned for his pioneer research of the successful separation of conjoined twins. His work in pediatric medicine has contributed to the development of new technologies and made him one of the most notable African-American neurosurgeons in the United States. He is a real life doctor, and was the Director of the Division of Pediatric Neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. He served President Trump's Administration as the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. He grew up with an absent father and his mother was a real inspiration to him to believe he could do anything. He has been blessed by his faith, his mother, and wife all making him who he is today. His story is beautiful and a real inspiration to so many, it was for us last night in the movie and was touching and a tear-jerker of sorts. I can see that God gives all of us talents, Dr. Carson used his talents to make a real difference in this world. He talks about God and is a man of faith, not afraid to share his faith with others, even his patients. I bet he would make an awesome president someday. I highly recommend this movie, what a blessing, what an inspiration!
