Happy Celebration of the Resurrection of our Lord and God Jesus Christ!  Happy Easter! He is risen! Good triumphed over evil! We have been saved by His blood. We need to arise with Jesus and seek what is above, not what is on Earth!  We are fine up here in Sebastian, loving our home and new area, a year now, hard to believe.  We had a lovely mass this morning at St. Helen's and made a very nice Easter dinner with my famous English Pea Salad and ambrosia.  Big hug, praying for all and our world as a whole! Putting all our trust in the Lord! We want to be risen with Him always! What is more important in this life and Earth School is to work and make the goal of our lives to be in eternity in Heaven with Jesus Christ! We cannot let the illusion of this material world and money and power think this world is better than the one with God! We have been breathed on by God, given life by Him, and must live by His will while here on Earth! We are so blessed to know Jesus, love Him, and serve Him and for Him to do the same! We are so blessed to have our faith in Christ! Mary knew Jesus would rise from the dead, she never doubted this like the rest of the disciples. What faith! We need the same faith as Mary always! Now with another Easter passing, may this mass and His story make your faith stronger! Jesus loves us so much! He wrote mercy in the dirt that day for the lady they wanted to stone, He has so much, love, mercy, and forgiveness for our lives today and always. He is our God and King, our everything, He shed His blood for us and loves us so much! Rise above this world with Him and do His will and be at peace and experience that peace for the rest of your life while on this Earth School! Jesus is our hope, joy, and passion! You will never want again anything of this world when you have Jesus!  What a blessing!  Easter is a nice reminder for feeling all His love for humanity!

Reading I

Acts 10:34a, 37-43

Peter proceeded to speak and said:

“You know what has happened all over Judea,

beginning in Galilee after the baptism

that John preached,

how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth

with the Holy Spirit and power.

He went about doing good

and healing all those oppressed by the devil,

for God was with him.

We are witnesses of all that he did

both in the country of the Jews and in Jerusalem.

They put him to death by hanging him on a tree.

This man God raised on the third day and granted that he be visible,

not to all the people, but to us,

the witnesses chosen by God in advance,

who ate and drank with him after he rose from the dead.

He commissioned us to preach to the people

Colossians 3:1-4

Brothers and sisters:

If then you were raised with Christ, seek what is above,

John 20:1-9

On the first day of the week,

Mary of Magdala came to the tomb early in the morning,

while it was still dark,

and saw the stone removed from the tomb.

So she ran and went to Simon Peter

and to the other disciple whom Jesus loved, and told them,

“They have taken the Lord from the tomb,

and we don’t know where they put him.”

So Peter and the other disciple went out and came to the tomb.

They both ran, but the other disciple ran faster than Peter

and arrived at the tomb first;

he bent down and saw the burial cloths there, but did not go in.

When Simon Peter arrived after him,

he went into the tomb and saw the burial cloths there,

and the cloth that had covered his head,

not with the burial cloths but rolled up in a separate place.

Then the other disciple also went in,

the one who had arrived at the tomb first,

and he saw and believed.

For they did not yet understand the Scripture

that he had to rise from the dead.
