Blessed By a Dual Focus: The Presence of God Always in My Life and the Hope of Heaven!

 

God is training in us to hold in our hearts a dual focus. 

His continual presence and the hope of going to Heaven.

God wants to know us! He wants to love us! He wants to serve us! He is omnipotent and is all around and wants to be a part of our lives! He wants to be present always in our lives. I always say our ultimate goal in life as human beings is to get to Heaven. Do good on this Earth School so to be able to go to Heaven with our God and Savior. This quest to have a dual focus of always having God present in our lives and being part of our daily lives and living a good life to make it to Heaven are the real main objectives we all should have as human beings. While it is not easy here on this Earth School, it really should be our ultimate aim in life as we live here on Earth. All we need to do is realize, we cannot make it on our own. We need God in our lives for things to go well. Without God, we have a lot of problems. So having God's presence in our lives is critical. Too, we need as we live here on Earth to live with reverence.  We need to try to have good attitudes, be grateful, be holy, upright, saintly, Godly, all we can as we live and interact with others, to love all people as ourselves to be the best we can. If we live by the teachings of Jesus Christ and the commandments of our Father God, it should be much easier to live well here on Earth. Then we can be sure to get into Heaven and spend eternity with God our Father! We are blessed when we have this dual focus in our lives!
