Blessed and Favored by God!

“Take your flocks and herds and be gone; and oh, give me a blessing as you go.”

-Exodus 12:32

Joel Osteen sent a very nice prayer today and write up. I love getting his prayers, write-ups, and Bible verses. He said in his write-up: "Moses told Pharaoh again and again to let God’s enslaved people go, Pharaoh wouldn’t listen. He didn’t respect Moses or pay him any attention. He dismissed Moses as second class. What’s interesting is that after the last plague, when Pharaoh finally decided to let the Hebrew people go, instead of dismissing Moses as not good enough, now Pharaoh recognized the hand of God on Moses. He saw the anointing and felt the power to where he asked Moses to bless him! God knows how to change people. You don’t have to play up to them, or try to convince them to like you, or let them control and manipulate you in order to try to win their favor. No, walk in your anointing. Run your own race, always honoring God with excellence and integrity. God will turn the hearts of those who are against you and who disrespected you the most to ask for your blessing. It may take years, but they’re going to recognize the favor on your life." Joel is a great preacher and always sends a nice message. He keeps it God centered, Bible centered, all about Jesus Christ. That is what we need to do in life, live a God centered life putting Jesus Christ first, finding refuge in God alone, first. We may have to deal with difficult people or some human may disappoint you, but God never will. He loves us unconditionally! He favors us! He made us! We are part of Him! While others may persecute you or treat you badly, you can get past that, God is there for you and all things are possible with Christ. What other people say about you matter little compared to what God thinks of you!  Today I see so many people who are kiss ups, they are yes people, will do anything to move up, compromise their principles, and even if they are not qualified, will do what it takes for power, titles, fame, and money, it is so common today in the elected, and so called leaders, that is why we have all the problems we do, they are all very bad for the most part. Remember, you are His child, you are favored, you are loved, forgiven, and His mercy is abounding and never ending. He loves us, that is all that matters!

A Prayer for Today by Joel Osteen

“Father, thank You that You are going to use the difficult people in my life to show me Your favor and bring glory to Your Name. Thank You that I don’t have to play up to anyone to get them on my side. I believe that You are turning the hearts of those who are against me to be for me. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
