Blessed Knowing that Someday I am Going to the House of the Lord After My Death on this Earth School!

 

It is better to go to a house of mourning

than to go to a house of feasting,

for death is the destiny of everyone;

the living should take this to heart.

Frustration is better than laughter,

because a sad face is good for the heart.

The heart of the wise is in the house of mourning,

but the heart of fools is in the house of pleasure.

-Ecclesiastes 7:2–4

Many people are afraid to talk about death or living your life saving for your old age. It is important and no one lives forever, no one. My father always used to say that he was ready to go when the good Lord wanted to take him. He lived a long full life until almost 88 years old. He was a carpenter, farmer, bee keeper, father, and good Catholic. He lived a full life and did so much! He never worried about dying. Some people never want to talk about it or accept it. They think we should never thing about, talk about, or worry about it and live a life of frivolity.  I know a lot of people who abuse alcohol, drugs, etc. They live a crazy life never worrying, like fools often. Death is our destiny. We can embrace life now on this Earth School, but we are going Home, to Heaven, a better place to be with the Lord for eternity if we live our life well here on Earth, what else could be better than that? Nothing on this Earth School is at all equal to spending eternity in Heaven with Jesus Christ! We are so blessed knowing we are going to be with the Lord someday!
