Blessed That God is With Us and Christmas Will Soon Be Here!

"Emmanuel, God is with Us" By Ellie Holcomb on GodTube

Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, a virgin will
be with child and bear a son, and she will call His name Immanuel.

-Isaiah 7:14

Emmanuel! God is with Us! God sent His son Jesus Christ in human form to be with His people! We have a model in Jesus to live by! To be like! To know what God wants us to do while here on this Earth School! There are many songs with these titles, I love them all! The MercyMe version is likely the most famous, but all are very nice, different words, but some the same. I saw Amy Grant in concert many years ago, like in 1984 with my girlfriend and sister in Rochester, New York, I always loved her music. All these singers here are great! I like Ellie's video version, very peppy and the video is so cute for young children. As Christians we celebrate Christmas each year to remind us of the birth of Jesus Christ, our Emanual, God with us coming to save us all and the world. He fulfilled all  prophets and the Scriptures and is with us always now and will come back again to rule the Earth for another 1000 years. In Isaiah in the Old Testament, Isaiah the prophet told of this to the Jewish people in the Torah that Immanuel would come and He did!  Jesus is Immanuel! What a blessing! We still have God with us now, every single day, we can turn to Him, pray to Him, know Him, love Him, serve Him and His people and do the will of God following His Commandments and the teachings of Jesus Christ. We are a blessed people because Immanuel is with us always! This is what we celebrate each Christmas!

Biblical Origin of Emmanuel
Both Immanuel and Emmanuel are found in the Bible. The Old Testament is originally recorded in Hebrew and Chaldean/Aramaic. The New Testament is originally recorded in Greek.

Typically, Immanuel is found in the Old Testament and Emmanuel is found in the New Testament. Here are the two verses where they’re found.
