It is All About Following Jesus Christ! Taking Up Our Cross and Denying Ourselves! Heaven Bound is My Goal!

Jesus said to his disciples,

"Whoever wishes to come after me must deny himself,

take up his cross, and follow me.

For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it,

but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.

What profit would there be for one to gain the whole world

and forfeit his life?

Or what can one give in exchange for his life?

For the Son of Man will come with his angels in his Father's glory,

and then he will repay each according to his conduct.

Amen, I say to you, there are some standing here

who will not taste death

until they see the Son of Man coming in his Kingdom."

We need to deny ourselves, take up our crosses and follow Jesus, even without our parents, family members, and others, follow Jesus! Today we see so much division, even among family and loved ones, it is hard to depend on or trust anyone, only God, only Jesus Christ. So many today too are so consumed by this world, gaining so much, material goods, carnal desires, they forfeit life for those things, they forget about God and their cross and just live a carefree lawless life of selfishness and ego. Just look at so much aggression in our society, the way people drive, the shoving and pushing, the tailgating, and judgement and hate. Our government is the worst example of goodness. So much greed, corruption, and self-serving mediocrity from them. It is sad, don't fall into being a slave for Satan like them and so many today.  We need to stay away from all of that. It is all about love, being positive, and remaining joyful in the Lord, carrying our cross, no matter what, even if your priest ignores you or the other doesn't send the book you paid them for. Part of death is life eternal in Heaven with Jesus once we leave this Earth School, there is nothing more to gain here in this world than to get into Heaven to spend eternity with Jesus! We are Citizens of Heaven, don't fall and become slaves to Satan while on this Earth, be upright and holy, following God's Commandments, the Teachings of Jesus, and just being people of goodwill. Follow Jesus the best you can! Be Heaven bound!
