My Power Comes from God! We Must Always Give All Honor and Praise to our Lord!

 

You may say to yourself, “My power and the strength of my hands have produced this wealth for me.”  But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today. If you ever forget the Lord your God and follow other gods and worship and bow down to them, I testify against you today that you will surely be destroyed.

What another nice reminder from the Bible! We as humans often have so much ego, we can be so selfish, and vain, thinking we are doing all and all our success is from us alone. We never want to give credit to our Maker, God. He deserves all the credit. We should be giving all honor and praise to Him for all in our life! He made us in His image. He created us as part of His plan and purpose. We are His. He is behind our success and we need to stay focused on Him and trust and keep the faith always. We cannot really do it alone, we think we can, but without God, living on this Earth School is not easy at all. God wants us to honor Him alone. Not money, not social media, not material things like diamonds, gold, or expensive phones and cars. They do not deserve our worship like God does. He swore a covenant to us, we need to know, He is there for us, He will never forsake us, it is He that is responsible for all our success and well being. I am singing His praises at all times, this is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it. We need to remain joyful in our God. Be positive, loving, and joyful honoring Him alone for all we have and are. God is my power source!
