Tried By God and Found Worthy of His Love and Blessings!

God formed man to be imperishable;

the image of his own nature he made them.

But by the envy of the Devil, death entered the world,

and they who are in his possession experience it.

But the souls of the just are in the hand of God,

and no torment shall touch them.

They seemed, in the view of the foolish, to be dead;

and their passing away was thought an affliction

and their going forth from us, utter destruction.

But they are in peace.

For if before men, indeed, they be punished,

yet is their hope full of immortality;

Chastised a little, they shall be greatly blessed,

because God tried them

and found them worthy of himself.

As gold in the furnace, he proved them,

and as sacrificial offerings he took them to himself.

In the time of their visitation they shall shine,

and shall dart about as sparks through stubble;

They shall judge nations and rule over peoples,

and the Lord shall be their King forever.

Those who trust in him shall understand truth,

and the faithful shall abide with him in love:

Because grace and mercy are with his holy ones,

and his care is with his elect.

~Wisdom 2:23–3:9

Whoever loves me will keep my word,

and my Father will love him,

and we will come to him.

I will bless the Lord at all times! This is what the Psalms says today! I agree! This week we have seen many nice readings from the Book of Wisdom, very nice things to keep in mind for all of us! God is so great! I cannot understand why so many today say God does not exist or try to live without God. Maybe that is why they have so many problems like that soccer player. It is sad nonetheless. Thanks God for His peace in my life! The reading from Wisdom is all I need to sustain me and get me through this Earth School. He loves us so much! The verse from John also reminds us of His love! What a blessing! God has tried me, He believes I am worthy. What a blessing! He is my King forever! God reminds us in Wisdom, "Those who trust in Him shall understand truth, and the faithful shall abide with Him in love: Because grace and mercy are with His holy ones, and His care is with His elect."  You have death with the devil, if we becomes his slaves and follow Satan. If we follow God we have eternal life with Him in Heaven, which do you want to follow? So thankful that God finds me worthy of His love! The devil doesn't love, he wants your soul. He is all about hate and deception. I am following God! His love, grace, mercy, and blessings are enough for me! His wisdom is all I need!
