Taking no Thoughts or Worry, Putting all My Trust in the Lord: Praying More, Worrying Less, as God is in Control!

Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought.

~Matt hew 6:25

God has got it all for us! We never need to worry! We need to trust in Him. Turn it all over to Him. All we need to do is say, Oh, Jesus, I surrender myself to You, take care of everything! We do not need to worry. We as humans worry to much. Instead we need to put all our trust in God! It is very clear in the Bible it talks about us not worrying and trusting in God for all. It is so true, birds do not worry about food, they know God will provide!

The Mornings With God App said today, "One does not meet many whose faces shine always with the light of a perfect peace. Is worrying a sin, or is it only an infirmity? There certainly are many warnings in the Bible against it. Isaiah gives the secret of an unanxious life: “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Thee.” Paul exhorts against worrying, and tells us how to keep it out of our life: “In nothing be anxious.” But how can we obey this council? The answer is: “In everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” Instead of worrying about matters, we are to put them out of our hands into God’s by prayer. Then “the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.” Peter puts the lesson in this way: “Casting all your anxiety upon Him, because He careth for you.” This is a lesson which we are to learn, and which we are to strive to live out in our common days."

I think it is so true. We need to live an unanxious life! We need to stop all the worry and fret and know that God has got this. He will take care of everything. We need to ask Him to lead us, guide us, instruct us, and bring us where we need to be and always accept His will be done in our lives. We need to stop allow worry and negative thoughts to take hold in our minds. He's got this!
