Jesus Loves All of Us! He Loves Sinners and is Calling Us, Accepting Us, Asking Us To Convert To Him, Be Like His Example!

Jesus saw a tax collector named Levi sitting at the customs post.
He said to him, “Follow me.”
And leaving everything behind, he got up and followed him.
Then Levi gave a great banquet for him in his house,
and a large crowd of tax collectors
and others were at table with them.
The Pharisees and their scribes complained to his disciples, saying,
“Why do you eat and drink with tax collectors and sinners?”
Jesus said to them in reply,
“Those who are healthy do not need a physician, but the sick do.
I have not come to call the righteous to repentance but sinners.”

~Luke 5:27-32

We need Jesus! We need to follow Him! We are all sinners. Ironically, some think they do not need God. Most governments and elected, powers that be are the worst. Even priests and clergy, they think they are above others, as if they are so perfect and saintly and will go right to Heaven. Yet, they judge sinners, exclude and ignore people even their own parishioners. It is sad to see.  Many are not at all like Jesus, although Jesus gave us Himself as an example, many clergy do not heed His teachings and behave like Jesus at all. We have seen this so often. Like the Pharisees and their scribes, many are hypocrites and judge and do not really practice what they preach or what Jesus really stands for.  In the times of Jesus, the high priests didn't like Jesus hanging around with sinners and people like tax collectors or people who were known to cheat others. Jesus came to save us! To call us all to Him. To be like Him, His example. To love! We are called to love one another. To be disciples. To help God save others, to bring all to Christ so we can all spend eternity with Jesus in Heaven. We need to repent. Stop sinning. We need to follow Jesus and His example!
