Remember that the Government is Supposed to Be on the Shoulders of Jesus, The Government is Not God!

 

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

We need to trust in the Lord! Jesus is the prince of peace! He was given to us as an example of how to live here. We can have peace with Him! Our governments today think they are God. They however, most have left God on the wayside and abandoned Him. They think they are God today, but are actually slaves for Satan, doing so many bad things. We see so much greed, corruption, fraud, mediocrity, and selfishness by most elected, the governments, and powers that be today. We all need to remember what the Bible says. God gave us Jesus as an example and who ever follows and believes in Him will have eternal life as stated in John 3:16. I love when people are disciples for God and are not afraid to share their faith with others. To be disciples for our Lord to help with conversion and bring people the hope Jesus offers us all. We cannot count on our governments and powers that be, we need to put all refuge in God alone. We need to follow the 10 Commandments of our Lord, follow the teachings of Jesus and His example, and be people of goodwill always. We have a chance to get into Heaven and spend eternity with Jesus there, an eternal life. He is wonderful, our counsellor, the mighty God, our everlasting Father, and the Prince of Peace! If you want peace in your life, follow Jesus! Put only Him on a pedestal, not the government!
