We All Need to Stop Sinning and Follow the Example of Jesus Christ!

 

My children, I am writing this to you

so that you may not commit sin.

But if anyone does sin, we have an Advocate with the Father,

Jesus Christ the righteous one.

He is expiation for our sins,

and not for our sins only but for those of the whole world.

The way we may be sure that we know him is to keep

his commandments.

Those who say, "I know him," but do not keep his commandments

are liars, and the truth is not in them.

But whoever keeps his word,

the love of God is truly perfected in him.

~1 John 2:1-5a

This Bible verse is very clear. If we are following Jesus and say we are Christians, then we need to stop sinning and follow His example 100%. We all need to learn to stop sinning. Today we see a broken world. We hear all the time on the news all the crime, corruption, fraud,  theft, deceit, hate, destruction, etc. there is so much evil out there today, so much sin. We have become a very greedy, selfish, and self-serving society. The government and elected and powers that be are the worst examples for all of us to follow, they are the biggest sinners. We need to instead of following them, follow Jesus. Jesus is the only way to help us turn from sin and get into Heaven. We are not of this world. We need to realize we cannot bring any of this with us. We came into this world and will leave with nothing, it is what we do for others while here, being an upright and holy person that matters. Most elected, will all be notorious for being crooks and self-serving. Not many ever get good reputations, only using their money and influence do they get their names on things, but most are not upright, holy, or sinless. We see so much evil, wickedness, and corruption today, mostly for the elected, powers that be, and the bad people who follow in their footsteps of crimes, they have all become slaves for Satan, doing what Satan, the god of this world wants them to, losing their souls, selling them out to the devil and to the dragon, thinking money and power is everything. We need to release it all to Jesus, follow His example, His model is the only way to Heaven and Salvation. We need to follow God's 10 Commandments, the teachings of Jesus, and be people of goodwill. We all need to stop sinning, killing others, being greedy, corrupt, fraudulent, and being bad people and turn to Jesus like all the yellow signs here in my county say to do! Jesus is the only example! All of us not sinning is the only way to save this world! Jesus is the miracle that can save us all!
