Live a Surrendered Lifestyle for God!

 

 I Surrender....I will trust Your plan for my life-So don’t worry about these things, saying, ‘What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?’  These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. Seek the Kingdom of God[a] above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. “So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.

We need to surrender our lives to Jesus! I will trust Your plan and live a life of surrender, abandonment to You dear Lord! Accepting Your will be done in my life! That is how God wants us to live. Turn it all over to Him! We need to live a life of surrender to God, that needs to be our lifestyle. We need to ask God each day to have God lead us, instruct us, bring us where we need to be. We need to accept His will be done in our lives. God gave us Jesus, His son, Emmanuel, God with us, as an example, a model of how to live. Each day when I pray, I pray a prayer to St. Anthony, but always say to St. Anthony, that may Jesus hear my prayers as He whispers them in His ear, but more importantly, that His will be done in my life, that is what is most important. We all need to learn to live surrendered lives to God. Some pray to pray for things for them, some pray as intercessions for others, while the saints pray that God's will be done in our lives, that is what Bishop Fulton Sheen speaks about, it is really important that we surrender ourselves to God, to have full abandonment to God, living lives like Jesus, imitating Him, reflecting Him, and loving like Him! Live a surrendered lifestyle for God!
