What a day of blessings this Thanksgiving day! God is so good, today, this week, month, and year! Just so good to us! I am counting my blessings and giving thanks to God, giving all glory to Him, praising His name, especially today on Thanksgiving remembering all the good from Him in my life! I loved the mass readings for today! They show how good God is, how we need to give thanks, praise Him, He performs miracles, shows love, mercy, forgiveness, and  like in the story of Micah, how God pardons us. He just loves us so much!  We have had a blessed year! So much goodness from God. With our jobs and retirement, with elections, with family, bonuses, health, friends, the beach, our home, faith, church, our peace, and love for Christ! God is filling us with His Holy Spirit preparing us for our journey Home in Heaven with Him someday. He is so good to us! We need to be grateful for all! God is so good to us. His timing is always perfect! His blessings are always abundant. His love is everlasting. His promise of Heaven is always there for us when we follow His son Jesus, imitating, and reflecting Him! Happy Thanksgiving! Pray, count your blessing, give all glory to God, and keep the faith! We serve a very loving God! 


We made a feast, just like my mom used to. So yummy, all homemade and just so delicious. We even got a turkey for $3.86 at Publix, what a deal, small, but perfect for us. The cider and all the food was so wonderful. We even made a pumpkin cheesecake following the Martha Stewart recipe. We are blessed beyond measure and give all thanks to God for all, We have grateful hearts and know God is responsible for all! Just so blessed!

Sir 50:22-24

And now, bless the God of all,

Grace to you and peace from God our Father

as the testimony to Christ was confirmed among you,
so that you are not lacking in any spiritual gift
as you wait for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Lk 17:11-19

As Jesus continued his journey to Jerusalem,
he traveled through Samaria and Galilee.
As he was entering a village, ten persons with leprosy met him.
They stood at a distance from him and raised their voices, saying,
“Jesus, Master! Have pity on us!”
And when he saw them, he said,
“Go show yourselves to the priests.”
As they were going they were cleansed. 
And one of them, realizing he had been healed,
returned, glorifying God in a loud voice;
and he fell at the feet of Jesus and thanked him. 
He was a Samaritan.
Jesus said in reply,
“Ten were cleansed, were they not?
Where are the other nine? 
Has none but this foreigner returned to give thanks to God?” 
Then he said to him, “Stand up and go;
your faith has saved you.”
