Living for Heaven, God's blessings sustain me on this Earth school journey! What a week of blessings! Today so much sun! Cooler weather, but just lovely! 45 when we woke up, 59  heading out. I went to a few thrift stores first, then the beach, it was almost 70 today, cooler, but I still enjoyed the beach, the waves, the foamy water, and all the medicinal water from God, I love the ocean and this salt water. I love how it makes me feel. Healing and rejuvenating, just lovely, all from God! I had a nice outing. A guy asked me why I am always so smiley. I just said I guess blessed to still be alive. He told me his brother asked what it was like to get to 40, and he told him one day closer to death. I thought about that and thought to myself, we are living for Heaven and each day is one day closer to Heaven and spending eternity with Jesus Christ there. What a blessing! We got a lot of work done. So many good deals for Thanksgiving, a turkey for $3.86, not big, but not that small, just right for us, a real blessing. God has been so good to me. Less than one month to my retirement. I have had a blessed career as an educator for 38 years, 28.5 at my institution. So many wonderful students and accomplishments, so many publications and sharing of research and writing. I am blessed. I am living for Heaven and each day is a day closer to spending eternity with Christ. I am thankful, grateful, and blessed! So much peace, love, and blessings from God. God's blessings really do sustain me here on this Earth school journey in the meantime, I know He still as the best yet to come! So so blessed!
