Cold winter so far, but today was so beautiful at the beach! God is so good to us!

 

It has been so cold this winter so far, but today was so beautiful at the beach! God is so good to us! The water and wind is cooler, but I still love the beach and enjoy touching it and splashing it on me. Soaking my feet in the water and praying and giving thanks to God. We have had a peaceful year so far. It is a blessing to be retired now and to enjoy all. To go to thrift stores and have a relaxed day, to enjoy the beach, to pray and to trust in the Lord! I am blessed with a loving spouse. I try to stay in touch with family, but they too have their own lives and families and do not seem to want to be bothered too much. It seems like when I was younger I had so many friends, coworkers, family, and so many to call, write to, and depend on, as you get older you find that many fade, cancel culture is a live and well, and some just fall by the wayside and flake out and are not reliable anymore. Life changes a lot, but God never does and we need to depend on Him, follow Jesus, to the best we can to live above all the mediocrity and enjoy these beach moments and know they are from God and are glimpses of Heaven for us, when we follow Him. Our full happiness is not in this world, people and governments will always disappoint, throughout the Bible and history, that has always proven to be true. God however never will, and we need to pray-for others and the world, accept His will be done in our lives, give thanks and praise Him, and put all our trust and faith in Him, when I go to the beach, I do all of this! I can tell, like on this day, God loves me, He is looking out for me, and He is giving me a glimpse of Heaven and life eternal with Jesus! Thank you for the beach and my blessed life! 

I saw this lone seagull today at the beach, it was cold here with the wind, the sun was a blessing!
