Real value for a divine life should mean to send some heaven-born ray of hope to cheer a sad, despairing soul!

She threw in two mites, which make a farthing.

~Mark 12:42

Real value for a divine life should mean to send some heaven-born ray  of hope to cheer a sad, despairing soul! We are called to a greater calling! To serve and to love, to give the two small mites, all we have to help others. We are living a divine life on this Earth School journey! We are called to live like Jesus, to follow, reflect, and imitate Him. We are called to be a ray of hope for others, to live joyfully, and dispel any darkness and be lights for others like Jesus!

The Mornings With God App today said, " It’s not the size of our achievements, as the world sees them, that determines their real value. A seed is a small thing, but it carries a mysterious germ of life within it, and wherever it falls, it can grow into something beautiful. In many quiet words or deeds, there lies a hidden secret—a germ of divine life.
“What can I do today?
Not for praise to win, or glory to attain;
Not for gold, or ease, or power, or love to gain,
Or pleasure gay;
But to impart
Joy to some stricken heart;
To send some heaven-born ray
Of hope to cheer a sad, despairing soul;
To lift some weight of doubt;
Make truth more clear;
Dispel some darkening fear;
To soothe some pain;
Bring to the fold again
A lamb astray;
To brighten life for someone,
Here and now,
This let me do today.”"

I thought that this nice Mornings with God App message was very nice today. I good reminder of how we are supposed to live. To be loving and joyful! To love others, to give, and be truthful and living divine lives for Christ, to brighten life for someone! We need to grow into something beautiful for Christ. Following, reflecting, and imitating Him, working toward our time and life eternal in Heaven with Jesus!
