Peace is the gift Jesus can give us!

Lord, Jesus, peace is Your gift, though it remains at times unopened. When my cares and anxieties get in the way, please open my heart to Your peace. Yes, peace is Your gift, but I sometimes set it aside. When I am too focused on my struggles, please help me to let Your peace inside. Peace that is Your gift, You lovingly offer to us. When I need to forgive or ask forgiveness, please grant me the peace of leaving sin behind. Your peace is a gift given for the purpose of sharing. When I can give comfort or help, Please help me to see where You want Your peace shared through me. Amen.

Peace is a gift Jesus can give us! We need Jesus! We need God in our lives! That is the problem with the world today. So many are without any God and peace too. I really loved the Heart of the Nation prayer today! Many live selfish, greedy, self-serving lives for things of this world, not God's world for Heaven, they live without God and are unhappy and live in misery. They do not know the peace Jesus can give each one of us! Do not live a life of misery in this world. All we need to do is follow Jesus, to reflect and imitate Him! We can have His peace! We are also promised life eternal in Heaven when we do! Receive the free gift Jesus offers us in this life, peace, this is all we need as we go about on this Earth School journey!
