It has been a year of blessings so far! God is so good to us!

 

Just so blessed! This year is a blessing from God! To be retired and with so much peace! God is soo good to us! I am laser focused on my future! My health, as I work to lose weight and trim down and get to my appropriate weight for my height. I see so many people unhealthy and overweight. So many with huge bellies, just not good for our health. I have changed all of that! I am dropping, doing some good fasting, healthy eating, cardio, weight training, and focused on dropping down to my weight when I was 25! I know how important it is if I want to be healthy and live a long life. My spouse and I come from families with many living very old, even over 100. It is possible, with the right diet, exercise, spiritual support, and having Jesus so close to pray, follow, reflect, and imitate. I love going to the beach daily and my walks by the lake and pong here. It brings me so much peace and reflection, to talk to God, to do what is right, to have a healthy frame of mind and well being! I am so happy to be done with work! I have had a blessed and successful career! So many publications, teaching awards, great students, and accomplishments, just so blessed. I have found that although humans disappoint, God never will. It is all water under the bridge now, and while I will finalize a lot with work and be grateful for all, I want to focus on my future, my new books to write, my blogs, gardening, church, faith, photography, travel, beach, gym, healthy, and well being. I know God will continue to bless me when I put my trust in Him, accepting His will be done, turning it all over to Him in faith! What a blessing this life God gave me!
