Each day should bring us one step closer to becoming more like Jesus Christ! That is our calling, the calling for all human beings! We need to keep learning, keep loving, and be wise to the will of God and what He wants for us so that we can obtain life eternal in Heaven with Jesus when we leave this life here on Earth.

Today we see so many unhappy people. So many without God, making so many excuses for sin, lawlessness, and their ego and vanity. There is a lot of selfishness today in our world. We see it daily along with all the aggression, so many today have become slaves for Satan, doing things for this world, hating others, and sinning so much. It is sad to see. True success is following Christ, heeding God and His commandments, loving all our compatriots, not living for this world, but filled with the Holy Spirit, knowing we are not of this world, and this place is not our true home. I pray each day to God He helps me be more like Jesus, especially when I receive communion at church, I always ask that the bread of Christ will live in me to help me to be more like Jesus. We need to live for God, follow Jesus, and love like Him! We need to work toward being like Christ, that is the true calling in this life for all of us, it is hard for many, especially when you live for this world, not for the one that promises life eternal in Heaven, that is our goal, following Jesus, loving like Him, becoming like Him is our goal!
