The hour is coming when everyone who kills you will think he is offering worship to God. They will do this because they have not known either the Father or me!

 

Jesus said to his disciples:

"When the Advocate comes whom I will send you from the Father,

the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father,

he will testify to me.

And you also testify,

because you have been with me from the beginning.

"I have told you this so that you may not fall away.

They will expel you from the synagogues;

in fact, the hour is coming when everyone who kills you

will think he is offering worship to God.

They will do this because they have not known either the Father or me.

I have told you this so that when their hour comes

you may remember that I told you."

The hour is coming when everyone who kills you will think he is offering worship to God. They will do this because they have not known either the Father or me! This is in the Bible. We are seeing this type of killing, hate, and persecution today, but this is coming from people who are not of God or Jesus. Some today, from some religions or cults or not religion at all think they are doing something right by killing, hurting, persecuting, and  hating others. But we all know this is not right, people who hate are not of God of Jesus. This Bible verse is very clear about this. Some may think killing for example Christians or Jews is something good and pleasing to their God, but it is not and this is not of God. God would never accept this logic or thinking. He is all about love and that is why He sent His son Jesus for us, to teach us about love, so that we may follow, reflect, imitate, and love like Him! Don't be fooled by hate or haters or anyone making you believe that killing someone is an offering to God when it is not. This Bible verse clearly states that. They are not of God. As humans we have no right to kill, I do not even think we should have the death penalty. Two wrongs do not make a right. All killing is wrong. I am prolife and even against abortion and killing babies, it is selfish and inhumane. Don't be fooled by hate, killing, persecution, and all this evil, it is not from God and God will not want or accept such worship for doing such an evil act. God is about love, mercy, forgiveness, and grace. He is good! Jesus is love! We are called to follow Jesus! To love like Him!
