Grateful, prayerful, positive, loving, and joyful in the Lord!

 

Grateful, prayerful, positive, loving, and joyful in the Lord! People need to live this way! We see so many unhappy people today. So many are negative, hateful, and living in misery. Blaming others, falling into self-pity, and not counting their blessings! We need to count our blessings always! We need to pray for others, not fall into self-pity. I see so many today so angry, they have so much self-pity, so much hate, they are not grateful for all or praying for others, they cannot even say thank you to you when you wish them happy birthday or well. It is sad to see. Some let politics and political figures stand in the way of friendships, if you support someone they do not like. Some hate you because you are Catholic of go to church and follow Jesus.  I always say, I am not joining any hate clubs, I won't add to their hate of talking ill of someone, it is wrong. I try to wake up each morning saying or thinking, this is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it. We need to remain joyful in the Lord! Some seem to think because they are so unhappy or hate an elected figure, that moving far away to Fiji or something will solve all their problems, but it never will. Their mindset is what has to change, they need to change their hate, be positive, full of love and joy, be grateful and prayerful of others and their lives and all they have and been able to do. I have had a blessed week. The beach has been so lovely, to be retired, on vacation, to think about a new future, maybe moving back to NY closer to family. We just need to stay positive, loving, joyful, we need to be grateful for all and pray for others! Bottom-line friends, if you want a happy life, stay grateful, prayerful, positive, loving, and joyful in the Lord!  I am so blessed and grateful for such a wonderful beach this week!
