We need to look for and count our blessing each day. We need to not live for this world, but Heaven and spending eternity there with Jesus. This world and people will always disappoint, I know I have seen it happen so much. When we trust people or things of this world, we will be disappointed sometimes or always, but when we follow and trust God, follow Jesus, live for our life eternal, we will be much better off.  Yes, God, please create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me!

We need to live in faith. To trust God and follow Jesus. While humans will always disappoint, God never will. When we put our hope in humans, or hope or trust that they will do something, it might not happen, all we can do is turn it all over to God, trust in Him, when the time is right, He will act, if it is His will and right for us. Like in buying a house, or getting a raise, receiving a degree or honorary title, or finding a spouse, etc. It is all in God's hands, humans will disappoint and hurt, give it to God. Have faith. We need to ask God to blot out of sins, to stop sinning, to follow Jesus, and live like Him, this will give us peace. All we can do is pray and hope God will transform our hearts to be more like Jesus!
