Today cancel culture is a serious problem and almost an illness, it stems from hate, insecurity, woke ideology, and elitism, a lack of willing to understand and communicate and make sense of other's views!

 

Today cancel culture is a serious problem and almost an illness, it stems from hate, insecurity, woke ideology, lack of understanding of others, and elitism, a lack of willing to understand and communicate and make sense of other's views! We see so much cancel culture today, so much hate. Many if you do not agree with them or join their club of hate, you are cancelled. The media is part to blame for this too as they are complicit in propagating this hate and division that has become so profound today in our societies. So many are completely unwilling to even reason, communicate, or have logical conversations with others if they are not of the same group think or if someone does not join their club of hate. It is a very sad situation, almost of epidemic proportions it seems. I know I have seen it and experienced it for sure. I have been cancelled a lot, as I never cower to hate or joining such clubs of hatred toward others or accepting all the woke ideology that is pushed a lot today by the liberal left, often making all about race, gender, sex, identity, nationality, and what really seems to be and stem from insecurities from some more than anything else, insecurity with elitism it really seems.  We are called to love, Jesus was our example given to us by God, to follow, to reflect, to imitate, and to love like Him! Our world has no room for hate. It is sin. So many of the problems today in our world are due to sin, the crime, wars, hatred, selfishness, aggression, and division, all come from sin. Instead of just cancelling someone, God wants us to show mercy, love, compassion, forgiveness and brotherhood/unity to our Earthmates, not cancelling them because you do not agree with the way they think. Or how they worship, believe, or live. I know I had a friend we had known for almost 25 years who just cancelled me, saying they he did not like that I was Catholic and supported our current president. Can you believe that, to cancel and end a friendship of so many years over such issues? Another friend did a similar thing when I refused to join in on her bandwagon of hate and negativity, saying I will not join a club of hate toward anyone. Cancel culture is not healthy, it is immature and an illness, people who practice cancel culture and hate need psychological help to come to terms with their emotions, hatred is not a healthy emotion, it leads to destruction, damage, crime, violence, and war, we have all witnessed this from WWI and WWII, war and hatred are not healthy, cancel culture is not healthy, be careful to fall it or joining such a club. We need to pray for haters and people who cancel others. We need to pray for those who push dismantling of white privilege and discriminate against some due to insecurities. Listen, love, and learn from one another, try to understand others, show mercy, compassion, love, and forgiveness, don't hate and cancel others, it is not Christ-like or healthy for your life or your future! People need to remember to not let hate and cancel culture prevent them from getting into Heaven due to their hate and quick to cancel others! WWJD? Would Jesus hate and cancel you? Should you do this to others?
