Yes, we are called to live in this world, surrounded by its evil, yet remain untainted by it! We need to love for God and His purpose. He gave us Jesus as our guide and example in how to live. We are called to reflect Him, to imitate, forgive, and love like Him. We need to show love, to show compassion, kindness, humility, and meekness in all we do. Today we are living in scary times. So much hate, greed, crime, division, corruption, fraud, weak and mediocre governance, just so much aggression and selfishness today, it often is hard to remain in Spirit, to have lasting pleasure and peace. God calls us though to retain our lasting peace, living with the Holy Spirit within, accepting the will of God and living for His purpose with hope always!

We need to be all about love! To be like Jesus! We need to learn to ask God to fill us with His Holy Spirit to have lasting peace and pleasure so that when we are impacted by the ills of this world and human disappointment, or temptation, hate, or sin we can feel untainted and at peace. We still need to live and be joyful, to try to remain untainted by all the evil. So many today, become slaves for Satan, they follow hate, being insecure, jealous, envious, and having an anything goes mentality, letting sin have so many excuses, overlooking what is righteous and holy. Yes, stay prayerful, grateful, positive, loving, and joyful in the Lord, live with the Holy Spirit and work toward always living with a lasting pleasure and peace! Lasting peace, the peace only God can give us through His Holy Spirit!
