Erika Kirk forgives her husband's assassin and said she will not seek the death penalty for Charlie's killer! So who is the real Christian here? God bless the wife of Charlie Kirk! I applaud her for both of these actions, for forgiving the killer and for not seeking the death penalty. These are both actions that take courage and a real Christian to say and do. We all need to forgive. Forgive all others for hurting us. It is the greatest act one can do, Jesus reminds us of this. As Christians too, we are against death and the death penalty. Murder is wrong. Two wrongs do not make a right and I think she is proving to be the better person in all of this! May her husband rest in peace! He is a real MLK of our century now, a martyr for Christian values and conservative thought. I am so glad to see someone showing true Christianity in all of this, for someone to be more like Jesus in a world of hate, criticism, and judgement. We all need more Jesus in us and we can all look to Erika for an example of Jesus in this day and age. Please pray for her and her family and the repose of the soul of her husband Charlie. May God continue to bless them and give them the freedom to live this life to the fullest with forgiveness and peace in her heart! She is a blessing from God!
