When you are not welcomed somewhere, Jesus says, journey to another place!

 

When the days for Jesus to be taken up were fulfilled,

he resolutely determined to journey to Jerusalem,

and he sent messengers ahead of him.

On the way they entered a Samaritan village

to prepare for his reception there,

but they would not welcome him

because the destination of his journey was Jerusalem.

When the disciples James and John saw this they asked,

"Lord, do you want us to call down fire from heaven

to consume them?"

Jesus turned and rebuked them,

and they journeyed to another village.

~Luke 9:51-56

When you are not welcomed somewhere, Jesus says, journey to another place! I loved the Gospel reading for today at church. This one is a good reminder. While we are called to preach the good news to others and to heal and bring hope to others, some do not want it. They do not welcome you. Even some today, they do not want you to write, call, email, or text them, or just blow you off or hate you if you are in the love club. There are a lot of unhappy, negative, and people living in misery. It is sad and they do need our prayers, but sometimes we need to realize that we cannot always help everyone. Some are possessed or just Godless and unwelcoming. All we can do is be about love like Jesus, when someone doesn't like you or want you to be in their lives, bless them who persecute you and shake the dust off your feet and move on! Be love! Be like Jesus! Today we see a lot of haters out there! Many are deranged, some with so much hate, with TDS, and others with other mental insecurities, they need our prayers, they need God, they need help, but honestly usually our prayers are the only thing we can do. We see a lot of liberal left demonic dem lunatics today, on TV, in the news, with the evil complicit news media, they are all slaves for Satan now, just full of so much hate, negativity, and living in misery. They need our prayers, but we need to move on with love. I was so proud today to see our President Trump in the Whitehouse speaking with his health cabinet and children who had cancers and how he is working toward improving cancer treatments through AI to help kids, it was beautiful he allowed this kids to speak and it was touching and warm. Yet, I am sure the evil dems and complicit news will never share this news or show it and how heart warming it was. I pray President Trump takes the advice from Jesus Christ in this Gospel reading today and moves on. They are evil, we all see it, and we need to get the job done. We need to help kids, get cheaper drug prices, have law and order, and have a country of God again. We need Jesus, so when people do not want to accept you, or Jesus for that matter. Move on, pray for them, but move on, that is all we can do! Just keep moving on, don't join a hate club, be in the love club following Jesus, imitating, forgiving, reflecting, and loving like Him!
