I was blessed with a wonderful career as an educator. I worked as a math teacher for many years then a professor of teachers for 28.5 years at a university. It was all a blessing! I loved teaching math and I also loved teaching future teachers doing teacher training in how to teach math to children. I had thousands of students and I loved them all! I was blessed as I never had any real problems as a teacher and never received any reprimands or write-ups or disciplinary actions during my many years. I was blessed to be raised Catholic and to know Jesus. I have always lived and worked with God in mind. Praying and putting all in God's hands. I loved the quote above as it reflects how I feel, put God first, then all else follows and I was blessed with a great career with God first in my life. He has always been the focus of my efforts. I know that with God all things are possible. I lived by this and know He is responsible for all my successes in my life. I won many teaching awards, money, prizes, plaques, etc. It was all a blessing. I was always told and understood, to do it all for God, not for money, a paycheck, or recognition. But it feels good in my heart knowing I made a difference, I tried to reflect Jesus in all I did and said, and I loved!
