True spiritual nourishment comes from doing the will of God! We need to make our main purpose in life imitating Jesus Christ! Remember in the Lord's Prayer, it talks about the will of God, let His will be done. We need to learn as humans to surrender and abandon ourselves to God, be obedient to Him, let His will be done in our lives. We need to turn from sin, be obedient to God, and accept His will be done in our lives.
