What are your dreams telling you? God is speaking!

 

For God does speak—now one way, now another—

    though no one perceives it.

In a dream, in a vision of the night,

    when deep sleep falls on people

    as they slumber in their beds,

he may speak in their ears

    and terrify them with warnings

 to turn them from wrongdoing

    and keep them from pride,

to preserve them from the pit,

    their lives from perishing by the sword.

~Job 33: 14-18

What are your dreams telling you? God is speaking! In the Bible verse in Job, it talks about how God speaks to us through our dreams. We know He did a lot in the Bible. Like in telling Joseph to take Mary as his wife or to go to Egypt with baby Jesus. God is talking to us. He is sending us messages for sure! I love my dreams and try to always write them down when I can and remember. I like to keep a journal by my bedside and daily mark the date and keep track of all my dreams. Some days I have a lot and write a lot, other days, not so much. Dreams are important and I always say sweet dreams to my spouse each night or sleep with angles. We want when we go to bed at night, to be open to God talking to us! I often have dreams with certain people, people from work, family, my parents, friends, old neighbors, etc. I always take it as a chance to pray for them as perhaps they are reaching out in my dreams. I love that I still dream with my mother alive, my father too, and sometimes see them or feel them close, since they have both passed, over 10 years ago, I still feel them so close. I love that! I ask God daily to let me remember my dreams, to write them down, to think about them, to pray for others and allow my dreams to bring me peace. I like when I dream of others, especially someone I have seen in a while, so to pray for them and think about them. I firmly believe that God speaks to us through our dreams. He sends us messages, warnings, and prayer needs, and yes, maybe even from wrong doing, what a blessing! He wants us to feel Him! Let your dreams be something powerful in your life, they can bring miracles from God!
