Zucchini cranberry walnut bread, just so yummy!  I had a nice zucchini bread recipe, but wanted to also add cranberries and walnuts. There are some recipes out there I found, just like my zucchini recipe while adding the cranberries and nuts. Even one said to add chocolate chips too, but I didn't want that. I do not use white sugar, so used only some brown sugar and molasses. I always use lass sugar than what they say. The bread turned out so good! My mother loved to make breads, she was always backing cookies or a bread each week. What a blessing! Last night I even put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on it. Just so good! Thank you God for giving me a gift to bake and cook some. Thanksgiving and Christmas are coming soon, and I always do a lot of baking. I want to make some Hello Dollies/7 Layer bars next.
