Are you growing in the tribulation of God and all this life has to offer?

 

Tribulation is God’s threshing not to destroy us, but to get what is good, heavenly, and spiritual in us separated from what is wrong, earthly, and fleshly. Nothing less than blows of pain will do this. The evil clings so to the good, the golden wheat of goodness in us is so wrapped up in the strong chaff of the old life that only the heavy flail of suffering can produce the separation.

Are you growing in the tribulation of God and all this life has to offer? Are you living for Heaven? Carrying your cross like Jesus? Or living for things of this world and being a slave for Satan? All things happen for a reason and help us grow. It really is all about our attitudes. Are you using all to help you be a better person? To be loving, kind, patient, compassionate, and showing mercy? How do you react to others? Are you treated nicely? Do you treat others kindly? What tribulations have helped you? How have they made you grow? What blows of pain have helped you? Have you seen evil and good? Do you distinguish between them? Do you want to be more like Jesus, following Him, reflecting, forgiving, imitating, and loving like Him? Will you let your troubles and tribulations help you grow into the best person possible leading to life eternal in Heaven with Jesus some day?
