It is starting to feel like and look a little bit more like Christmas!

 

It is starting to feel like and look a little bit more like Christmas! God is so good to us! Christmas trees are cheaper this year! What a blessing! It is nice to see prices come down, eggs too are way down. We had a nice turkey for Thanksgiving, only 49cens a pound, paid less than $7 for it, what a deal, it is nice to see all coming down. Thank you President Trump! We are getting all decorated for Christmas now, we did a lot the past few days, we have a nice white nativity set, large, we got a thrift store this summer for $3, I picked up a few more things for my winter village. We even got a new wreath for 75cents at the Habitat Store.  Aldi had poinsettias for $3.97, what a deal. Yesterday at Habitat they had all Christmas 75% off, I picked up another set of table mats, only $1.25 for all four, so pretty. Yes, God is so good to us. Today is the first Sunday of Advent, yes, we have hope. Jesus is coming, what a blessing. We work so hard to keep ourselves fixed on Jesus, letting Him live in us. I try so hard, although some never appreciate it or respond back when I write/text, show love and interest in them, even birthday texts are ignored. I will keep trying to be more like Jesus nonetheless to be loving, forgiving, and more like Christ! It is nice to have Christmas each year, to feel His blessings and the reason why God gave us Jesus! We are called to follow, reflect, forgive, imitate, and love like Him! Thank God we still have Christ in Christmas! Enjoy the Christmas holiday and let Jesus live in you!
