How close are you to God? Do you know Him? Do you follow Jesus? God gave Him to us for us to follow, He is our example/model of how to live on this Earth School journey. We are called to follow Jesus, to reflect, forgive, imitate, and love like Him! He is our Emmanuel, our God with us! The more you pray, go to church, read the Bible, learn about Jesus, talk to Him, yes, He reveals Himself more. I really love this quote and reminder. We need God! Yes, the nearer we come to God, the more graciously He reveals Himself to us! Get to know Him!
