I love this quote and so agree with Thomas Watson here. It is all about faith and love! Faith in God and following Jesus, and loving like Jesus! Today we live in peculiar times for sure. I was raised to know Jesus and always tried to love all people. Yet, some took advantage of this love, or just could not be bothered with me love, or others cancel you. Nonetheless, yes we are to love just the same anyway. That is what I tried to do. That is what Jesus always tried to do. Until He was murdered by the insecure. Thank God my parents raises us to know Jesus and brought us to church. Thank God I took an interest in church, the Bible, and Jesus. My faith has gotten stronger over the years, I feel each day it gets stronger. While I am tested like all people, like Jesus was, I try to think about the test is just that, I must pass it with love and forgiveness, bless them and move on, loving just the same. While some may ignore my texts, others my best wishes, some cutting me off while driving, and others being jealous or envious and not giving me a retirement party or card, I need to forgive, move on, and know that God's approval is all that really matters. I am blessed. My faith is stronger, I have seen over the years, that Jesus always takes care of me. I say each day to Him, to cover me with His precious blood and protect me, and He always does. While our faith and love are tested by humans, God know, He wants us to respond like Jesus, with love! Yes, faith and love are the heartbeat of our lives who follow Christ!
