Those who welcome Christ into their homes will always be blessed!

Thus the ark of the LORD remained in the house of Obed-edom the Gittite for three months, and the LORD blessed him and all his household.

~2 Samuel 6:11

We need to remember that those who welcome Christ into their homes will always be blessed! We need God! We need Him in our lives, to make Him a big part of our lives and how we live. God gave us Jesus to follow, to reflect, forgive, imitate, and love like Him! With great faith, following Jesus, imitating and loving like Him brings blessings into your home and life when you have Jesus!

The Mornings With God App today said,  "The same ark that caused disaster when handled carelessly also brought blessing to a home that welcomed it with love. This story from ancient times teaches us about the blessing of true faith in a home. Some people think inviting Christ into their home would cause loss or restrict their happiness. They worry it might take away some of their pleasures or ambitions. But those who welcome Christ into their homes will always be blessed. Faith enriches home life, deepens love, and brings comfort in sorrow. It brings prosperity, for God’s blessing makes us truly rich. It provides protection, for God’s angels encamp around those who fear Him. It opens a connection between the earthly home and heaven, and God’s angels come and go, offering gentle help." I love Mornings with God, I read it daily! They have some great resources at their website/App. We see so many today without God in their lives. They hate and are so negative, living in misery. They forget, they say they love God, but hate others, that is not love for God, as John in the Bible says, you are a liar when you hate. We need to welcome God into our lives and home. Live with Jesus in us! Follow Him, live like Him, love like Him! Never deny God into your life or home! It is so true, it brings prosperity, for God’s blessing makes us truly rich! Live as if you are getting ready for your Heavenly home with Jesus!
