Don't let your sin be neglect, to be kind or feed the hungry one of which might be Jesus!

He shall separate them one from another.

~Matthew 25:32

Don't let your sin be neglect, to be kind or feed the hungry one of which might be Jesus! Will you be a goat or a sheep? Will you be put on the right side or left sing of the King? While you say you do not sin and are a good person, but you are also called to be like Jesus, to follow, reflect, forgive, imitate, and love like Him! You can be a perfect person in Christ, but if you neglect to be good and kind to others and who are in need, this too is a sin against our Lord. We need to remember that when we neglect even the least of His followers, we are neglecting Christ Himself!

The Mornings With God App today said, "The parable of the Judgment gives us profound insights. On that great day, there will be a separation. A person’s relationship with Christ will determine their eternal destiny. Those placed on the King’s left hand aren’t accused of committing great crimes; instead, they are condemned for failing to show kindness. Their sin was neglect. This is a sobering truth. We sin against Christ when we ignore those who are suffering or in need of help. Another amazing truth revealed here is that Christ identifies with His followers. Whatever we do to them, we do to Him. When we neglect even the least of His followers, we are neglecting Christ Himself. “I was hungry, and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty, and you gave Me nothing to drink.” This should inspire us to show kindness to anyone in need. It might be Christ we are serving. How tragic it would be to turn Him away hungry from our door." Found at:  https://www.youdevotion.com/mornings/february/27

We need to show kindness to anyone in need. It might be Christ we are serving. Are you serving Jesus? Are you following Him? Reflecting, forgiving, imitating, and loving like Him? We are not only called to live upright and holy lives free from sin and hate, but also to be like Jesus, treat all like they are Jesus. We need to remember that a person’s relationship with Christ will determine their eternal destiny.  Do you want to go to Heaven? Is that your priority in life? Are you a sheep or a goat? Will you be a sheep and follow Jesus, or be a goat and  not always be kind and sometimes be a slave for Satan? He shall separate them one from another, which side do you want to be on?
