Celebrate life, speak life! Love always wins over hate and death!

Blessed be ye of the Lord, that ye have shewed this kindness unto your lord, even unto Saul.

~2 Samuel  2:5

As Christians we can feel love and kindness or not, I liked how the story about David and Saul went, although Saul taunted David, he never was vengeful or full of hate toward Saul. And more so when Saul died. David showed love and respect. Yesterday I heard a lot of people on the news saying some evil things when the Iranian leader was killed, they were celebrating his death. While he may have been evil. This is not Christian like at all.  I do not think we should ever celebrate a death against anyone. Today we see that also with the TDS and hate toward President Trump, trying to kill him and being so hateful. All of this hate is wrong. We should not celebrate death or hate and live with revenge and violence. Thankfully,  our Bible teaches us some nice lessons about how we should really live and love!

The Mornings With God App said, "We must remember how Saul treated David, chasing him through the hills like a wild animal. Yet David never responded with bitterness or resentment. Twice, at least, he had the chance to take Saul’s life but spared him. Through all those bitter days, David kept his heart loving and free from hatred. When Saul died, David’s grief was expressed in a beautiful elegy full of tenderness. Later, when he heard that the people of Jabesh-Gilead had honored Saul’s body, his heart was gladdened, and he was deeply grateful. All of this shows a magnanimous spirit, the very spirit that Jesus would later commend as belonging to the kingdom of heaven. The challenge of true living is to keep the heart always warm and loving, no matter what storms are brewing outside. “Always keep sweet and go on shining” is a good motto." I agree with the above message today that the challenge of true living is to keep the heart always warm and loving, no matter what storms are brewing outside. “Always keep sweet and go on shining” is a good motto." I have had several friends I knew cancel me because I wouldn't join their hate clubs, I have no regrets, I know God wants me to be around positive, loving, grateful, prayerful, and joyful in the Lord people!  We need to be kind and loving like David was, don't celebrate someone's death or speak ill of someone or live with so much hate toward another. Love will always win over hate and death! So speak life!
