Just always try to keep God's promise in your mind at all times, as humans and the corruption in the world caused by evil desires will always disappoint! It is all about following Jesus! To reflect, forgive, imitate, and love like Him! With great faith when we do, we are promised life eternal in Heaven with Jesus! This world will always disappoint. People and their free will, their greed, hate, corruption, fraud, anger, jealousy, envy, insecurities, and mediocrity, they will always bring you down. Big business too, with their greed and corruption. I have had to deal with a big insurance company the past few weeks from their policy holder who smashed into me causing a lot of damage to my car, it has been a nightmare dealing with them. Their policy holder lied and said he would pay for the damage, when I did the estimates, he wouldn't then I had to deal with his awful insurance company. I have seen all the hate, cancel culture, envy, jealousy, and insecurity for a lifetime, a lot in my profession in higher education, so much pride, ego, jealousy, and insecurities for sure. Humans will disappoint for sure! It is hard to escape the corruption and disappointment of this world, we need to stay focused on God, following Jesus, knowing that Heaven should be our number one priority, we need to always keep Heaven on our mind!
