Are you mature? Mature in Christ? In life? In how you respond to others around you?

Are you mature? Mature in Christ? In life? In how you respond to others around you? I saw this quote today and it resonated with me. The issue that we need to accept God's will be done in our lives, to surrender to Him, let Him lead us, guide us, bring us where we need to be, to follow Jesus, and be like Him the best we can. It is certainly admirable. and mature, what God wants us to do! Today however we do not see a lot of mature people at all. I have noticed some even can be grown adults, but act like middle school kids with their material things, like big trucks, boats, three houses, etc. Others when you write, email, call, or text them, they dismiss you and do not write back, they are people we have worked with, knew, or even family, yet treat you this way, I myself would never do what they do to me, just ignore or cancel you. This is the maturity level we are dealing with now with so many. Some are full of hate, negativity, and living in misery. I cannot image an old man in his 90's so full of hate, they can be so miserable, and treat others they way they do, especially someone who was a minister. Others, who say they love kids, dogs, and animals, always seem so sweet, yet, full of hate, can cancel someone the way they do. They do not have God in them for sure. I wrote to a few old colleagues for Christmas, the New Year, Easter, etc. Taking the time to write, showing interest, caring, checking in after some time had passed, yet they do not bother to write back, just completely ignore your messages. This is the type of people out there today, depressed, full of hate, negative, vengeful, envious, jealous, and insecure, they instead prefer to ignore you and cancel you. This is not maturity, but it is becoming an everyday common occurrence from some people, I am not sure if they were all vaccinated with COVID and their pineal glands and personalities were damaged, of if it is all on their own terms to just ignore people who care and write to them.  Do people today have education? Maturity? What causes some to mistreat others and ignore and cancel them or do things that are irresponsible, and hurt others? I have always felt like St. Mother Teresa feels, if people mistreat you, love them anyway, it is the mature thing to do. Unfortunately today, many do not adhere to this very much anymore. But I feel like we should, I could never treat someone the way some people have treated me. It is all about being mature and showing the love of Christ at all times! I think it is better to be more like Jesus!
