Peace is a gift from God Prayer!

 

Lord, Jesus, peace is Your gift, though it remains at times unopened. When my cares and anxieties get in the way, please open my heart to Your peace. Yes, peace is Your gift, but I sometimes set it aside. When I am too focused on my struggles, please help me to let Your peace inside. Peace that is Your gift, You lovingly offer to us. When I need to forgive or ask forgiveness, please grant me the peace of leaving sin behind. Your peace is a gift given for the purpose of sharing. When I can give comfort or help, Please help me to see where You want Your peace shared through me. Amen.

I love this prayer for peace today with the Heart of the Nation. They have the best prayers and I watch their mass each week on Sunday mornings. They are the best. They send me prayers, books, calendar, and they offer so much hope. I always read their prayer for each day. This one was very nice. We all need peace. It is a gift from God, this one is special and wanted to share it with the readers here. We can all use more peace. We need to know it all comes from God, He gave us Jesus, our example. When we follow Him, when we reflect, forgive, imitate, and love like Jesus, with great faith are promised life eternal in Heaven with Him! What a blessing! Thank you for your gift of peace in my life!
