It is a proverbial saying, that every one makes his own destiny; and this is usually interpreted, that every one, by his wise or unwise conduct, prepares good or evil for himself: but we may also understand it, that whatever it be that he receives from the hand of Providence, he may so accommodate himself to it, that he will find his lot good for him, however much may seem to others to be wanting.

Yes, we all need to remember that every one makes his own destiny; and this is usually interpreted, that every one, by his wise or unwise conduct, prepares good or evil for themselves! The big problem today is sin, hate, and violence. We see so much sin today. So much greed, corruption, fraud, envy, jealousy, hate, and insecurities. So much evil comes from sin! We make a lot of excuses for hate, sin, and evil. Like with abortion and allowing the killing of innocent, helpless, voiceless babies. The same people who say they are about love, yet they hate others, they say they are against evil, yet their actions of evil are exposed by their violence, hate, negativity, and misery and hate toward others. Are you preparing good or evil in your life? What side are you on? Do you hate? Do you applaud violence, rage, hate, negativity, and are living in misery. Are you canceling others? Hating someone just to hate? Trying to force others to join your hate club or canceling them if they don't want to be in your club of hate? Are you living with God in you, His Providence? With the Holy Spirit, following Jesus reflecting, forgiving, imitating, and loving like Him? Are you finding your lot good? Do you have Jesus in you?
