It takes a noble heart and constant vigilance to stay truly loyal to Jesus!

Oh that I were made judge,... that every man ...might come unto me, and I would do him justice!

- 2 Samuel 15:4

Today we see a lot of judging for sure! A lot of dividing too. Especially the legacy and cable news, they judge, hate, and criticize so much, especially if they hate someone, like what Absalom did to David. Today many people do things like this to other people. I know I had many do mean and hateful things to me when I was close to retire, spreading lies, being insecure, jealous, and envious, just canceling and hating. We see a lot of hate and cancel culture today, a lot of judging. I had friends for many years, who were never loyal, they cancelled me because I would not join their club or hate and living in misery. As humans we have to be careful of what we say and do, like using foul language or abusing drugs or other vices, things not noble to Christ.

The Mornings With God App today said,  "It’s easy to criticize others and think we’d do a much better job in their place. First, Absalom poisoned the people’s minds against David by implying that the king was neglectful and that the people were suffering because of it. Then he suggested how much better things would be if he were in charge. We can see how treacherous his words were. He didn’t care about the people’s real or imagined problems—he only wanted to destroy their trust in David and win their loyalty for himself. There are always people who think the only way to rise is by tearing others down. It’s easy for us, even without meaning to, to say careless words that make others look bad while indirectly suggesting we’d do better in their place. It takes a noble heart and constant vigilance to stay truly loyal to our friends." found at: https://www.youdevotion.com/mornings/may/11

Loyalty is a real problem today. So many are ready to flip in a second. You can be friends with someone for 20-30+ years and if you do not agree with their hate or join their club of negativity, they just cancel you too. Our media and social media today do a lot of this too, they use their power and likes to cancel people or sensationalize things, covering up even truth to obtain things they want. Truth bothers a lot of people today. Not many are loyal, they are quick to tear others down. Yes, it’s easy for us, even without meaning to, to say careless words that make others look bad while indirectly suggesting we’d do better in their place. We need to all be more humble, to work together, forgive, love, and not force people to join clubs or hate and misery, or cancel them if they don't join it with you. Loyalty is a nice thing, hard to find and see today. It is only by many close family and loved ones mostly that you feel you can trust or have loyalty anymore. We do need to be careful not to judge. I know myself though, I am not a fan of people who use the F word nonstop like a loud neighbor I know and others, or people who smoke pot all the time, wasting away, zoning out, disrespecting themselves and God in my opinion. I just do not like loud, f-word spouting, potheads, and prefer not to be around them or be affiliated with them at all, I just do not relate to foul-mouthed people or others who need to use and abuse drugs and alcohol. It is hard not to judge, but we all do it sometimes, with reasons, but we still need to love all people even the ones the sin and do bad. We need to love all like Jesus, to imitate, and love like Him! To have and live  a noble heart staying loyal to Jesus the best we can!
