Our love is the source of our power!

While we in the West seem to be embarrassed by the subject of love, Hindu gurus

make no bones about the fact that their love is the source of their power.

Our love is the source of our power! Yet, today, so many still hate so much! Do they not know that they have no power with hate? Love always wins over hate! I love in the Bible how God brought us Jesus, Jesus is love. He is our example, our model of how to live. We are called to follow Jesus, to reflect, forgive, imitate, and love like Him! It is all about love! St. John in his books in the Bible remind us a lot about love. He is constantly telling us about how we need to all love like Jesus. We are also told that if we say we love God, but hate anyone, then we are a liar, we cannot say we love God and also hate. Because we are called to love all people, even enemies, all people. Otherwise we are a liar when we hate. Their are a lot of haters today, a lot of hypocrisy. So many with so much hate, TDS, negativity, and people living in misery. It is so sad to see. We need to pray for all haters, that they can have their hearts converted to love more like Jesus, to follow Jesus, to imitate, and love more like Him! I loved that St. John also after Jesus left, he stood by the Mother of Jesus, Mary, for the rest of her life here on Earth taking care of her, looking out for her. What a saint for sure! When we love, we have power to change the world. I know some who hate me, cancel me, dismiss, and avoid me, they want nothing to do with me, because I cannot join their hate club, I won't. Thankfully, my parents raised me to know Jesus. I never knew hate. I did not experience it or know it, my parents never hated, they never showed hate to us, we were not exposed to it at all. It was all a blessing. I try to be love to all, even today when I see haters, I still write to them, call, text, send cards, and try to show them love, although they have hate in their lives, we are all called to be like Jesus, to show love nonetheless to others. My love for others in my source of power! Yes, M. Scott Peck, you are so right, as you mention about the Hindu gurus, our love is a source of our power! Be about love! Just love! It gives you so much more power!
