Raspberry pie blessed!

Raspberry pie blessed! Publix had raspberries on sale this past week for 99cents per pint, I bought many, I love red raspberries! Then I decided to get a few more on Wednesday before the sale ended to make a pie. What a deal. I found a great easy pie crust recipe, I put it below, it was so easy, and it turned out so good, I love pie, and when the pie crust is light and flaky. This one was the best. Many that you buy already prepared, are just too doughy and not good, this one was the best! I mixed the berries with a little brown sugar, flour, and lemon juice and put them in the pie, rolled it all out, it all worked out so well and fast, took me only 15 minutes to put together, then baked for 50 minutes. I put a little milk and sugar brushed on top to brown the top, it turned out very nice, I didn't want to waste an egg, the milk worked well. Anyway, the pie was the best! Just so good. Red raspberry pie has always been one of my favorites over the years. What a blessing from God this pie was and I was glad to have the inspiration to make it! It really turned out so good, tasted great, I put a little ice cream on it, so yummy! Yes, I am pie blessed today!
